Terms and Conditions

1.A deposit is required when making your booking.

2.The chauffeur will choose the best route regardless of distance unless specifically pre determined by the client.

3.The company prohibits anyone other than a Buchanan's employed chauffer from driving the company's vehicles.

4.The company accepts no responsibility for delays.

5.The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or property carried within, or on, the car.

6.If the client decides to employ one of Buchanan's drivers directly, a fee of 25% of annual salary will be made payable to Buchanan's.

7.Parking fees will be charged at cost.

8.All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
